The latest company, which has already started its expansion to new branch, is Paddy Power. It was originally connected with making bets in Ireland, but nowadays it is willing to open a virtual casino on their website. The owners of Paddy Power said today that it is only the beginning of their propositions. The reforms will mainly include online and telephone services, which are going to let the clients bet from one account by both channels. A language option is also going to be added. It is assumed that it will not be an Asian language, probably European. The central location for this business will be in or close to Jersey, in order not to contrast with any Irish law. John O’Reilly, the chief executive officer, uttered that the profits from the online business are expected to be reached until the end of the year. According to CEO Ross Ivors, Paddy Power has a reputation, which was estimated on 10 per cent in Great Britain. It is mainly because of spending large funds on the Masters snooker championships. On the other hand, the company is well-know by 85 per cent of population in Ireland. The business in this country will finally be overtaken by Paddy Power’s UK, if the company will intensively extend their position in Ireland. Ivors also assumed that they do not want to move the call center from Tallaght to any other city, especially abroad. The company’s new outlets will be equipped with the controversial fixed-odd betting terminals. Even though the company is sure that the gaming commission in Great Britain is going to restrict the number of these machines and implement other limitations next year. For Ireland is also prepared some kind of developing strategy. Within the next five years, it is intending to open 40 outlets, raising its number to 170 in the whole country.
